The Great Wall (2014)

Man of Steel star Henry Cavill is in negotiations to next star in Legendary East's The Great Wall, to be directed by Edward Zwick, reports Variety. The film was written by Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz.

According to the trade, the film "looks at the mystery behind how China's Great Wall was constructed from a story conceived by Legendary Pictures chairman Thomas Tull and Max Brooks."

Zwick, Herskovitz, Tull and Legendary's Jon Jashni will produce along with Atlas Entertainment's Alex Gartner and Chuck Roven
