Charlize Theron is attached to a film called Agent 13 that will be directed by Rise of the Planet of the Apes helmer Rupert Wyatt.

No plot details are currently available for 13, but the pitch is said to be a hot commodity and arrives from screenwriting newcomer T.S. Nowlin. No studio is currently behind the project but that's expected to change in the very near future.
