Described as “Back to the Future meets Scream,” the time-traveling slasher movie Time Cut is coming to Netflix on Halloween Eve. Hannah Macpherson (“Into the Dark”) directed the film, written by Macpherson and Michael Kennedy (Freaky, It’s a Wonderful Knife) from a story by Michael Kennedy.
