A new Bosch spin-off series has been announced by Prime Video, which will follow Detective Renée Ballard who is tasked with running the LAPD’s new cold case division. The story, as described in an official Prime Video press release, will see Ballard run “a poorly funded, all-volunteer unit with the largest caseload in the city.” The currently untitled is based on the character by author Michael Connelly, who will produce the show alongside Fabel Entertainment.
