Unfortunately the trailer was put out on the web before it is even a finished product. There is no color correction or proper sound editing yet. I was actually disappointed that they released the trailer already.
We wanted to hold back to much info in the trailer as I believe most trailers give away to much and then there is really no need to see the film. Just my opinion and my editor agreed.
As far as slow motion shots go, that is just again an opinion, some people like it, some people don't. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone. I like to use it for a couple of different reasons.
A. Something like the blood shots, if you don't slow them down, most of the time you can't see them.
B. Many times it enhances the emotion that those shots inspire.
C. Of course in some cases it can make your star more heroic or your bad guy more evil.
Either way, I hope you enjoy the end product once it gets out there.

Na das scheint ja hervorragend zu laufen. Wenn die schon den Regisseur beim Trailer übergehen seh ich schwarz für den Rest. Und in Sachen Zeitlupen hatter prinzipiell zwar Recht, nur SEINE sehen halt scheiße aus

In den alten Simpsons-Folgen wurde Maggies Schnuller-Nuckeln teilweise 20 Sekunden lang zelebriert, weil die Folgen sonst einfach zu kurz waren. Sehen wir jetzt bald Seagal beim Sushi-Essen, weil der Film sonst nach 75 Min. vorbei wäre? :)
