FOX has closed a development deal with Sylvester Stallone to executive produce Rambo: New Blood, a television continuation of the long-running film series. The show would focus on Stallone’s John Rambo and his son J.R., described as an ex-Navy SEAL for the series, and will be written by Die Hard and The Fugitive screenwriter Jeb Stuart. Though unconfirmed, Stallone is expected to reprise his role as John Rambo.
