Hulu is now close to approving a pilot order for a Buffy the Vampire sequel series.

Gellar is believed to be in “final talks” to reprise her role in the new show, which does not yet have a title; although, the show will reportedly “focus on a new Slayer and Gellar would appear in a recurring role rather than leading the series.”
