Don Lee aka Ma Dong-seok (Roundup: Punishment) is confirmed to lead Extraction: Taigo, a spin-off from the hit Netflix action universe. He’ll be paired opposite Lee Jin-wook (Squid Game) and the two are set to clash in a high-stakes showdown.

Lee will play a mercenary on a mission to rescue a kidnapped comrade, while Jin-wook is rumored to portray his formidable rival in this new, localized saga. The film is expected to tap The Roundup director Lee Sang Yong, leaping off the franchise’s global brand into fresh territory.
