The Avengers beitreten werde, entgegnete Feige: "I think so. In the comics, he has."
In einer früheren Meldung der vergangenen Woche wurde im Zusammenhang mit The Avengers über Black Widow aus Iron Man 2 gesprochen.
Scarlett Johansson äußerte sich zu ihrem Charakter Black Widow: "The character certainly comes back. We see that she does in the comics and certainly she is a big part of The Avengers. I don't know if that is where it's going to go but she is definitely a big part of The Avengers."

Mark Ruffalo to Play Hulk in The Avengers?
Source: Deadline, July 14, 2010
We're guessing that Marvel Studios was hoping to announce this at the San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 24th, but Deadline is reporting that the studio is in "late-stage discussions" with Mark Ruffalo to play The Incredible Hulk in The Avengers, scheduled to hit theaters on May 4, 2012.
He would be replacing Edward Norton, who played Hulk in director Louis Leterrier's The Incredible Hulk. Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige and Norton both confirmed this week that he would not be returning for The Avengers.

Quelle: nymag.comIn the two Incredible Hulk movies of the past decade, stars Edward Norton and Eric Bana played Bruce Banner but let the effects crew worry about the big green guy. In Marvel's upcoming The Avengers, though, Mark Ruffalo will actually play the Hulk: "I'm really excited. No one's ever played the Hulk exactly, they've always done CGI," he told us at last night's Launch of Farmhearts at Pure Yoga. "They're going to do the Avatar stop-action, stop-motion capture. So I'll actually play the Hulk. That'll be fun." But he's nearly as excited about playing Banner: "I really love the first TV version of it, the Bill Bixby one," Ruffalo told us. "I'm gonna shoot for that a little bit. He was an everyman in it. He's always on the run and trying to find love. It's really a sympathetic character, before he turns into the Hulk and fucks everything up." Also, if you needed one more reason to be excited for Avengers, Ruffalo tells he'll be playing history's first-ever 3-D Hulk: "I hope I don't bulge in anyone's face, that's all I have to say."
Der 1.Teaser läuft als Szene nach dem Abspann von "Captain America"...
[spoiler]Just got back from an advanced screening of Captain America. Its a badass movie but that's not highlight of the movie, it's the after-credits scene. Or should I say trailer. That's right, the AVENGERS teaser trailer is shown after Captain America. It's about a minute long and you get glimpses of all the Avengers cept the Hulk (all wearing new costumes, including Hawkeye and Black Widow), a quick glimpse of Loki the supposed villain. Really quick trailer, AWESOME doesn't begin to describe it. (ComingSoon.net)
